LocalClaw is a hardened layer around OpenClaw. Use a local Vault when you want it, or skip it for the password-manager-backed flow. The installer now supports three modes: Vault only, Vault plus a password manager, or password-manager-only. The docs also spell out the matching first OpenClaw message for each mode.
